Our friends Andrea and Malcolm and their two children Uly and Gideon have finally landed in Geneva. Seven weeks after they arrived so did their belongings. The family just started a blog chronicling their adventures. Malcolm shares what it's like to be a stay-at-home dad. Andrea is taking on the challenges of a new position at the
International Baccelaureate Organization. And their children are learning to like their school and warming up to the idea of learning a new language. A passage from their most recent post makes me envious:
'We’ve also tried to slow down a bit and sink into the Suisse Romande/French pace, where businesses close for two hours at lunch, where people actually take four week vacations in the summer, where they linger for hours over a meal, eating slowly, talking, drinking wine…enjoying “la belle vie” of Geneva when possible.' **CLICK HERE** to read more about learning to live in Geneva:) — Sean
