Lucard Family Adventure

Our friends Andrea and Malcolm and their two children Uly and Gideon have finally landed in Geneva. Seven weeks after they arrived so did their belongings. The family just started a blog chronicling their adventures. Malcolm shares what it's like to be a stay-at-home dad. Andrea is taking on the challenges of a new position at the International Baccelaureate Organization. And their children are learning to like their school and warming up to the idea of learning a new language. A passage from their most recent post makes me envious: 'We’ve also tried to slow down a bit and sink into the Suisse Romande/French pace, where businesses close for two hours at lunch, where people actually take four week vacations in the summer, where they linger for hours over a meal, eating slowly, talking, drinking wine…enjoying “la belle vie” of Geneva when possible.' **CLICK HERE** to read more about learning to live in Geneva:) — Sean
