Michelle and David's wedding at Lost Creek Ranch

You may have seen my sneak peek post of Michelle and David's wedding. They were married Saturday, Sept. 8 at a beautiful log mansion outside of Silverthorne, with a magnificent view of the Gore Range. I met Michelle quite by accident, she's the manager of one the bars at the Broadmoor Hotel. I was there to meet with a different bride about a wedding. And while I waited, Michelle flipped through my wedding books. When I met with Michelle and David the next week, I knew I wanted to photograph their wedding. The wedding they were planning was to be an introduction of their family and friends to Colorado and the rocky mountains. And, best of all, they wanted a wedding done their way, no garter, no bouquet, no cake ( but pies yes!). Their day was so relaxed and fun!
