Lisa and Jim's Colorado Springs Wedding

I posted a sneak peak of Lisa and Jim's wedding here. They were married on a beautiful spring afternoon Tuesday May 27. I loved photographing their wedding. It was simple: there were only eight guests! It was in a beautiful setting; their ceremony was held in their garden at home. It was elegant; they hosted a private dinner for their guests in the Penrose Room at the Broadmoor. It was fun; a local high school a capella group serenaded them after the wedding. Lisa and Jim met before the wedding for a private moment in the garden and then welcomed their guests into the garden one by one. After exchanging rings, the a capella group sang "Happy Together" and Jim offered a toast to his wife Lisa. The night ended with cocktails, dinner and a wedding cake decorated with these really cool sugar bubbles. Thank you Lisa and Jim for letting me be a part of your day!
