Meghan and Michael's Denver Engagement

Meghan and Michael are planning a September wedding at the Denver Botanic Gardens. I did their engagement photos on Friday at the Butterfly Pavilion in Westminster, only minutes from their house. I don't know if anyone out there has ever tried to photograph butterflies and people at the same time…let's just say, it's not easy. The most beautiful blue butterflies just wouldn't cooperate, so we had to photograph whatever would. Luck for us one butterfly decided that Meghan's nose was a great place to land. The Butterfly Pavilion is such a fun (and different!) place to photograph and Meghan and Michael made it a blast! I can't wait for their wedding in September.
