Michelle and Cody's Beaver Creek Wedding

I posted a sneak peek of Michelle and Cody's wedding here. Michelle and Cody were married Saturday July 26, 2008 at the Beaver Creek Chapel. After their ceremony they rode on the chair lift to their reception at Spruce Saddle Lodge. I love morning weddings. Everyone is fresh and looks great. Michelle and Cody made time for some portraits with the mountains as a backdrop after their reception. The views from the lodge were spectacular. Michelle and Cody's Beaver Creek Wedding (A Sneak Peek)

You may remember Michelle and Cody from their engagement sitting here. Michelle and Cody were married Saturday morning at the Beaver Creek Chapel. They celebrated afterwards with a lunch reception at Spruce Saddle Lodge on top of the mountain. There were two ways to get to the Spruce Saddle Lodge from the Beaver Creek Chapel. You could take the shuttle or you could take the chair lift. Michelle and Cody and their parents decided on the chair lift which made for a fun photograph. Kari and Brad's Beaver Creek Wedding

You may have seen an earlier post with photographs from Kari and Brad's Beaver Creek Wedding. They were married at the Beaver Creek Chapel August 25. Kari and Brad had a smaller wedding in the evening with a reception at the Beaver Creek Chophouse, the perfect location. It's a short walk from the chapel. We had a fantastic time. Because Kari and Brad did all of their photographs before the wedding, they enjoyed a cocktail hour with their guests. So I had not heard the Vintage Band before, but after their reception two thoughts came to mind. The music was incredible, and boy can they do a conga line! Kari and Brad's Beaver Creek Wedding (A Sneak Peek)

You might remember Kari and Brad's engagement sitting that I posted here. Saturday they were married at the Chapel in Beaver Creek. Their wedding was scheduled for the early evening followed by a reception at the Beaver Creek Chophouse, just a short walk from the chapel. The Chapel wedding and Chophouse reception has to be one of the best combinations. Convenient for everyone and wonderfully scenic, especially so on a late summer day in the Rockies. Because of the evening ceremony, Kari and Brad saw each other before the wedding and did most of their pictures. But I also took advantage of the light at dusk to make a really cool portrait of them in front the chapel. Watch for a slideshow of their wedding soon and enjoy your honeymoon Kari and Brad!
