Christy and Brian's Coffee Table Books

We received Christy and Brian's three-volume set of coffee table books in the mail and they're spectacular! Christy and Brian decided on a 10x10 coffee table book for themselves and two 8x8 coffee table books as gifts to family. The books come with black slipcovers stamped with silver, linen pages and book jackets. I love how it turned out. Their image selection is wonderful and the book tells the story of their wedding day beautifully. Christy and Brian were married Saturday, June 20, 2009 at St. John's Episcopal Church in Boulder. The church is a stone, turn-of-the-century church in the heart of Boulder. Christy and Brian's reception was held at the historic Brown Palace Hotel in downtown Denver. Christy and Brian had a great timeline for their wedding day as well. They scheduled a mid-day ceremony then retired to Brian's parent's for a light lunch and photographs and met up with their guests that evening for their reception. Christy and Brian's Boulder Wedding

I posted a sneak peek of Christy and Brian's Boulder wedding here. Christy and Brian were married Saturday, June 20, 2009 at St. John's Episcopal Church in Boulder. Boulder was the perfect place for their wedding. Christy and Brian first met there and it's where Christy grew up. I came to their wedding by referral (I photographed Brian's sister Caitlin's wedding a few years ago) and I enjoyed seeing a lot of familiar faces. Christy and Brian had a great wedding schedule. They decided to have an early afternoon ceremony, take an afternoon break for lunch and then meet up with their guests for a dinner reception at the Brown Palace Hotel. Christy and Brian's Boulder Wedding (Sneak Peek)

I photographed Christy and Brian's wedding last Saturday in Boulder. You might remember them from their engagement sitting here. Christy and Brian held their ceremony early in the day at St. John's Episcopal Church. Then Christy and Brian took a short break and met up again with their guests for an evening reception in the grand ballroom of the Brown Palance Hotel in downtown Denver. I loved the format! It was especially nice to have a break and the extra time for photographs was a bonus:) Stay tuned for a slide show of Christy and Brian's Boulder Wedding soon!

Christy and Brian's Engagement Sitting

On Monday I met Christy and Brian in front of the state capitol. It was a beautiful winter afternoon and we walked around downtown Denver for their engagement photographs. I photographed Brian's sister's wedding at the Air Force Academy Chapel in 2005 and when Brian called me to inquire about his own wedding I was thrilled. Christy and Brian met in college at CU Boulder and Brian is in his first year of law school at Creighton. Christy and Brian are marrying next summer at St. John's Episcopal Church.
