Colleen and Stu's Fine Art Wedding Book

We just finished Colleen and Stu's Fine Art Wedding Book. It looks fantastic. There's just something about a classic black leather with a white mat. I love their design. Colleen and Stu selected a lot of wonderful images and allowed us the space to play many of them large on the page. Their Fine Art Book has 20 pages and comes with a carrying case.Colleen and Stu were married at the Colorado Springs School Saturday, June 13. They decided to see each other before the wedding and that allowed Cathy to make some gorgeous portraits of them on the school grounds before the ceremony. It's good thing too, because the ceremony finished right before a rain storm. If you're thinking about a beautiful location for a wedding, the Colorado Springs School with it's historic trianon has to be one of the best locations in town. Colleen and Stu's Colorado Springs School Wedding

I posted a sneak peek of Colleen and Stu's Colorado Springs School wedding here. Colleen and Stu were married at the Colorado Springs School on June 13, 2009. All day Colleen and Stu were glowing and their energy was contagious! Colleen and Stuart decided to see each other during a private moment before their wedding. I loved this dramatic shot (above) of them embracing before the start of the day. They had a lot of special touches and, despite the rain, Colleen and Stu managed to hold their ceremony outside on the lawn. Click here to see a brief slide show from their wedding. Thank you Colleen and Stu for inviting me to be a part of your wonderful day! – Cathy

Colleen and Stu's Colorado Springs School Wedding (Sneak Peek)

You may remember Colleen and Stu from their engagement photos I posted here. They were married Saturday, June 13 at the Colorado Springs School. Colleen and Stu's wedding ceremony was held behind the Trianon. With thunder clouds overhead and a little sprinkle of rain during their vows, we were lucky. The hard rain held off long enough for all the guests to exit. Cocktails were enjoyed underneath the tents. I was glad Colleen and Stu had made time for portraits before the wedding. We even scheduled time to fit all of the family photos in beforehand. Watch for a slide show of their wedding day soon! —Cathy

Coffee Table Book for Melody

A companion album that we ordered for Melody just arrived in the mail and it's looks great! Melody decided that instead of ordering a lot of prints, to order a book instead. She is Greg's aunt and her daughter was the flower girl at Megan and Greg's wedding at theColorado Springs School. We used the images she had wanted prints and designed an album for here. The book is 8 x 8 with 20 pages. The pages are linen and are laminated for additional protection. I can't wait for Melody to see it! – Sean

Megan and Greg's Colorado Springs Wedding

I posted a sneak peek of Megan and Greg's wedding here. Their wedding was at the Colorado Springs School on Saturday, June 21. When I first got there I found the wedding dress and no bride. No matter…I took the dress around the Trianion for it's own photo session. That time allowed me to get photos of the dress that I normal don't get! One dramatic photo in the front doorway with the dome above it. After their private moment with the Trianion as a backdrop I walked with Megan and Greg around the campus. We went down to the pond behind the school for a couple reflection shots and then back to the front lawn where we did the jumping photo that's in the slide show. Megan and Greg had a lot of fun at their wedding, and photos really reflect that! Thank you both for asking me to be a part of your day! Megan and Greg's Colorado Springs Wedding (a sneak peek)

I posted Megan and Greg's engagement session here. Their wedding was at the Colorado Springs School on Saturday, June 21 and they couldn't have asked for a more beautiful day or setting. The Colorado Springs School is K-12 private school during the school year, but in the summer you can rent the grounds for your wedding. The main building is modeled after the Grand Trianon at Versailles, France and it offered the perfect backdrop for a private moment between Megan and Greg before the wedding. I had a great time at their wedding. Watch for a slide show soon! — Cathy

Now showing on the Wedding Channel: Lyndsay and Adam's Wedding

I just got an e-mail from Lyndsay Ressler who was married to Adam Ressler Jan. 7th. Her wedding is now featured on the Wedding Channel! To check it out: **CLICK HERE** Lyndsay and Adam were married in an evening ceremony at Shove Chapel. They had a fantastic reception at the Colorado Springs School. Maggie Moran of Celebrations by Maggie helped to coordinate the wedding. One of the things that made their wedding so special were their friends. Adam is a pilot in the Air Force and his friends are stationed all over the world. One of Adam's friends is stationed in Afghanistan so he couldn't make the wedding. But he did make arrangements for a gorilla in a pink tutu to stop in at the reception:) To see a slideshow of their wedding: **CLICK HERE** All of our slideshows require flash player. Download a free version here: flash player Cathy and I are thrilled to see their wedding featured on the wedding channel!
