Colleen and Stu's Fine Art Wedding Book

We just finished Colleen and Stu's Fine Art Wedding Book. It looks fantastic. There's just something about a classic black leather with a white mat. I love their design. Colleen and Stu selected a lot of wonderful images and allowed us the space to play many of them large on the page. Their Fine Art Book has 20 pages and comes with a carrying case.Colleen and Stu were married at the Colorado Springs School Saturday, June 13. They decided to see each other before the wedding and that allowed Cathy to make some gorgeous portraits of them on the school grounds before the ceremony. It's good thing too, because the ceremony finished right before a rain storm. If you're thinking about a beautiful location for a wedding, the Colorado Springs School with it's historic trianon has to be one of the best locations in town. Louisa and Brendan's Fine Art Weddings Books

We just finished Louisa and Brendan's Fine Art Wedding Books and are getting ready to send them out. I've posted some still images here and I've attempted to talk about their wedding books in this video post. (I still have to learn how to do this without stumbling...:) By the way, the cover material of their Fine Art Wedding Book is called rose gold silk. It was a perfect match for Louisa and Brendan's wedding colors. Louisa and Brendan were married Saturday, July 25, 2009 in Albany, Texas. Beside the wedding I photographed their rehearsal, rehearsal dinner, a luncheon, and a little pool time. Louisa and Brendan selected pictures for their album from all of these events so we created a design that included chapters from their wedding weekend. The book itself is both contemporary and traditional in its presentation. By contemporary I mean that it's a custom design created digitally by us and then sent to the manufacturer in New Zealand. By traditional, I mean the images are presented in an acid free archival mat. In this case, Louisa and Brendan decided on a white mist mat color (it doesn't look white in the video, but it is) and a black keyline that borders each image in their book. Emily and Robert's Fine Art Wedding Book

We just finished Emily and Robert's Fine Art Wedding Book and it's gorgeous. I'm jealous of their cover - vanilla bean genuine leather. It's just delectable. It will be the cover material of our next studio sample. Emily and Robert traded in the Coffee Table Wedding Book included in their wedding coverage for our Fine Art Wedding Book. (It's our most popular upgrade.) Emily and Robert wanted traditional, but also contemporary. The Fine Art Wedding Book fits that description perfectly. We designed their bookdigitally and sent the design to the book manufacturer in New Zealand. We then printed the images and assembled it by hand here in our office. Emily and Robert chose a classic black mat on the inside with a gold keyline that matches thecover perfectly. Emily and Robert were married Saturday June, 20, 2009 at the Cheyenne Mountain Resort. Beth and Joel's Fine Art Wedding Books

Beth and Joel's Fine Art Wedding Books just arrived and we're thrilled at how they turned out. Beth and Joel purchased a master 12x12 book for themselves and a smaller duplicate companion album as a gift. We worked hard on the design of the book and they decided to add several pages to accommodate all of their favorite pictures. The Fine Art Wedding Book is not your typical wedding album. It's a a twist on the traditional album and includes a custom layout by our designer, two different mats on the inside and a suite of cover options. Beth and Joel decided on a blue metallic Buckram that goes perfectly with the colors of their wedding. Beth and Joel were married Saturday, May 16, 2009 at the Garden of the Gods Club. They held their ceremony outside the club by the reflecting pool. Maggie of Celebrations by Maggie did her usual fabulous job planning their wedding day. Wedding pictures were a priority for Beth and Joel and at the end of the day, they made sure their pictures were presented in a book they really loved. The book has a soft plum leather cover and is accentedwith a mist page and chocolate keyline on the inside. The Fine Art Wedding Book fits their wedding photographs like a glove. Thebook features some fantastic portraits of Dinah before the wedding and some dramatic photographs of Dinah and Alexat the Broadmoor in the evening. and Alex held a very small, intimate ceremony at Pauline Chapel and then held a dinnerreception in the Penrose Room at theBroadmoor. Susan and David's Fine Art Book

We finished Susan and David's Fine Art Book this week and it looks great! It's such a beautiful record of their wedding day. They picked classic colors… a micro suede slate cover, grey mats with an ivory key line. I love the large photos in this Fine Art Album, it really showsoff their wedding. Susan and David were married in August in an intimate ceremony on the Broadmoor's South Terrace. A rain shower threatened to move the ceremony inside, but Susan and David pushed through it. Susan's brother held the umbrella over them as they read their vows. It made for a special moment for the two of them as well as a great photo. I can't wait for them to get their album! See a slide show of their wedding here. —Cathy

Heather and Gary's Fine Art Book

We just finished Heather and Gary's Fine Art Book. It's a wonderful wedding album with a lot of pages and large picturesthat are displayed beautifully in the book. Heather and Gary were married at the Pauline Chapel in May 3, 2008. Heather andGary decided to highlight their pictures with a gray mat and a white key line. A great feature of the Fine Art Book is the numerous cover materials. In general though, most of our couples stick with the classics. Heather and Gary chose a genuine black leather as theircover. One thing that really makes their book for me are the moments. We had a lot of fun photographing their wedding. And that'sbecause they had a lot fun! I'm so pleased with how their book turned out. I love this last spread from the Garden of the Gods Clubwith a snowcapped Pikes Peak in the background. Click here to see a slide show of their wedding day. — Sean
