Linda's Coffee Table Book

Another Coffee Table Book displaying Gina and Mike's wedding arrived in the mail yesterday. It's a custom book for Linda, mother of thegroom. I'm super excited about it, as it has the most number of pages we can design in a Coffee Table Book without going to two volumes! And it's large for good reason. The images are great and she reallywanted to show off her son's wedding in a book she could call her own. Linda is also a mother of the bride and Cathy will be photographingMaggie and Oliver's wedding this summer. This book has 80 pages. It's great to see how well this book shows. I can't wait for Linda to see it! — Sean

Peggy's Beautiful Coffee Table Book

Coffee Table Books make the perfect parent album. Gina's mother Peggy decided on a 10x10 coffee table book for herself. We just receivedthe book in the mail. It shows off Gina and Mike's wedding wonderfully. Peggy selected photographs for her book online. We designed the book and then, after reviewing it, she placed her order. The book itself comes in with a red slipcover. It also has a bookjacket with an image of Gina and Mike on the front. The pages are linen and our manufacturer laminates them for protection. Mike's mother Linda also decided on a Coffee Table Book and as soon as it arrives we will show it that too! — Sean

Gina and Mike's Fine Art Wedding Book

Gina and Mike wanted a Fine Art Wedding Book and we're adding the finishing touches to it. Like Cindy and Dave's Fine Art Wedding Book, it's just gorgeous. Many of our couples have finished their selections for their wedding albums so we've got two more Fine Art Wedding Booksthat we will show you very soon. It seems like this book is everyone's favorite hands down. What appeals to a lot our couples I think isthe selection of mat colors and cover materials. Gina decided on a gold keyline around her wedding images and I think it really pops. And let's not get started on the selection of cover materials. I know I've mentioned it before, but it's nearly limitless. The favorite for most of our couples, though, is the genuine leather.

Gina and Mike's Colorado Springs Wedding

I posted a sneak peek of Gina and Mike's wedding in Colorado Springs a short time ago. Gina and Mike were married September 15 at the Sacred Heart Church in Old Colorado City. It's a beautiful Spanish style church and I've always wanted to photograph a wedding there. Melissa of Moonriver Weddings helped to coordinate their day and things went flawlessly as usual. My friend Lyle escorted Gina to the church and then drove the couple to the Garden of the Gods Club where the reception was held. A bagpiper escorted them into a cocktail hour on the patio, but the real entertainment came when a mule deer with horns the size of the ones in the lobby stopped by for a drink:) All in all a great wedding with a fabulous couple during a time of year in Colorado that can't be beat. Gina and Mike's Colorado Springs Wedding (A Sneak Peek)

Gina and Mike were married Saturday afternoon at Sacred Heart Church. They hosted a reception at the Garden of the Gods Club that evening. It was sort of a destination wedding for the couple. They grew up here and attended high school together, but they live in NYC. And that's where they reconnected and fell in love. Also at their wedding was my friend Lyle who drives this wonderful old Buick. He helped with Sherry and Rick's wedding earlier this year. So we had to take advantage of his beautiful car. The Garden of the Gods Club has to be the premier location for weddings and receptions on the front range of Colorado. But with its incredible view of the Garden of the Gods and Pikes Peak, what sometimes gets lost is the club itself. That evening I went outside and found this scene of the club mirrored in the reflecting pool. Gina and Mike's Engagement

I photographed Gina and Mike's engagement sitting yesterday at the Garden of the Gods. Gina and Mike are planning a September 2007 wedding. They are planning their wedding so far out because of their busy schedules. Mike's attending graduate school at Columbia University. And Gina is a private tutor full-time. Gina and Mike are Colorado Springs natives and attended the same high school at the same time. They didn't start dating, though, until after college when they bumped into each other in New York City. The rest is history:) To view a slideshow of their engagement sitting**CLICK HERE** All of our slideshows require flash player. Download a free version here: flash player — Sean
