Larkspur Engagement on Horseback | Kristen & Adam

Kristen and Adam planned a one-of-a-kind Larkspur engagement session on horseback, bringing their love for horses—and their own animals—into their engagement photos. They’re planning a September wedding at the Pro Rodeo Hall of Fame, and their Western-inspired engagement session was the perfect lead-in to that celebration.

We met on a ranch in Larkspur on a crisp winter afternoon. After they saddled up, Kristen and Adam rode through a snow-covered field, creating dramatic, authentic portraits that felt adventurous and true to them. We finished the session with their dogs—including a few playful photos with the cute signs Kristen brought along.
